Bitcoin - a currency free of banks - might have a powerful appeal. But Cypriots are still sceptical. Feel free to talk about it.
chrisI’m an expat in Cyprus and have witnessed the campaign of Neo and Bee in Cyprus. My feeling is that they invested heavily into this…but have not got the response they expected from the general public. It seems that Cypriots are still very conservative and although they lost faith in banks they not quite ready yet to trust an untangible complex digital cryptocurrency but opt instead for hiding money in cookie jars…Do you think that there is a real chance of bitcoin usage really being successful in Cyprus???
paulnevermind the bitcoin, has anyone ever heard of the Aphroditecoin, which claims to be the national cryptocurrency of Cyprus?
